'Dye Plants' is a beginners' introduction to choosing, sowing and growing some of the common garden dye plants, harvesting leaves and flowers and making dye baths, with a brief overview of autumn foraging, berries, roots and bark dyes.

In physical format, the book costs £5, being 23 pages long, printed on heavy paper with plenty of pictures, it has a clear cover for protection and a spiral bound spine.  If you would like a signed copy, I will be delighted to oblige, assuming I can get my pen on it before Elinor Gotland does.
Cracking cover, isn't it?  Original art by my friend BG.

For a pdf download copy, the price is £3.

Plant Dyes for All Seasons 2019 Calendar

see details of the original 2017 Calendar in this post

The 2019 calendar will be available from October 2018 in an improved version with new pictures and some new dye topics including madder and indigo.

Plant Dye Projects for All Seasons

A book of 24 craft projects using plant dyes, including much more information on growing, foraging for and using dye plants than can be fitted on to a calendar.
This will be available as an ebook or in hard copy and will stand alone as a structure for learning by doing with natural dyes at the times of year when they are available in the Northern Hemisphere. The topics follow the months of the 2019 Calendar and the two will be complementary resources.
